HOUSE RULES
• Take care of the FOB key card. It is required to access the building, elevators, and social areas. Keep it safe. A $30 fee applies for lost FOBs.
• Only pre-registered guests are allowed on the premises. No outside visitors permitted.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
• No parties or loud noises are allowed. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
• Pets are not permitted without prior arrangements.
• Keep the air conditioning set at 20°C (68°F) or above.

The 6th floor features a co-working lounge and a saltwater pool, open from 8am to 11pm.
